A garden should do something for you.

That is why, as a designer, I look not only at how a garden looks, but above all at how a place makes you feel.

My background is in art and design. I have worked as a graphic designer, run an advertising agency and designed furniture. All those disciplines taught me to look differently: at space, proportion, material, rhythm, colour and above all at the experience of a place.

I bring that way of seeing to every garden.

I do not want to make a garden that is only beautiful on the day it is handed over.
I want to make a garden that comes to life.

A place that moves with you.
That shows something different every season.
